SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Domestic Orders

We ship orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.

Unfortunately Susenah.com does not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses and any of the U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico.

  • Flat Rate Shipping (2-3 days) – $9.95

International Orders

Currently we do not ship internationally. If you’re interested in placing an order with us, please email us directly at hello@susenah.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests.

Returns

All our items are inspected before packing, but we both know that sometimes things can go wrong during transit.

Simply be sure that we receive the merchandise you wish to return within 30 days from the date you originally received it in its original condition with all the packaging intact.

If you are returning your purchase for a refund, a $9.95 return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

If you need to return something back to us, please send us an email to: hello@susenah.com with your order number.

We will process your return and attach the prepaid return shipping label to an email.

Returns are simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. Box up your items with the original packaging if possible. Be sure to remove any existing labels from the packaging.
  2. Print out the attached shipping label and tape it to your package, ensuring that the bar code is clearly visible.
  3. Take the package to one of the shipping carrier’s drop-off locations, or schedule a pick-up.

Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at estee@susenah.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at estee@susenah.com and send your item to: 21 West Street, Suite15J, New York, NY, 10006, United States.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 21 West Street, Suite15J, New York, NY, 10006, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Delivery Address

Delivery address cannot be changed after an order has shipped. Please carefully review the shipping address before completing your order.

Undelivered Packages
If a package is undeliverable and returned to Susenah we are unable to re-ship it. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return.

 

Taxes

Susenah is obligated by law to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees associated with taxable orders shipping to New York and New Jersey addresses.

Order Tracking

An email notification with tracking information will be sent to you when your order has been shipped.
